We built Recon to make sure every kitchen we touch runs flawlessly.Recon Industries was founded by Karan Patel in 2018 with a clear vision — to bring manufacturing integrity and genuine after-sales commitment to the commercial kitchen industry in India. Starting from a small fabrication unit in Ahmedabad, he built the company from the ground up by investing in the right people, machinery, and processes.
Under his leadership, Recon has evolved from a local SS fabrication shop to a pan-India turnkey kitchen solutions company — completing over 200 projects for hotels, hospitals, ghost kitchens and institutional canteens. His focus on quality over volume and commitment delivery on time has been the company’s north star since day one.
